My List items will not delete.

I have called numerous time to resolve this issue which broke back in early December 2021 and the Xfinity Ambassadors seem clueless to resolve the issue. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, have you been able to resolve it. If so, how?

I’m having same problem.  Had previously added two titles (PIG and BLUE BAYOU) as possible rentals, but saw them elsewhere.  Now they pop up as recommended and despite the fact that I click ‘Remove from My List’, they’re still there, showing as recommended with check marks returned.

For that matter I can’t even find MY LIST.  Refuse to use voice controls.

I only have Flex (perk with WiFi), have another TV Provider and streaming subscriptions.  I don’t want or need Xfinity to tell me what’s on other services, just what’s NEW — free or to rent — directly from Xfinity!  What a pain.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
