Multiple Xumo boxes not properly cleared of linked accounts

I went back and forth to my local store 3 times yesterday, all to get a Xumo box that I could link my account and stream from. 
First box, had another user's name on the linked account page ("William"). I press "This is not me" and it tells me to call the support number. After trouble shooting the support employee told me to bring it back to the store and get a new one. 
Get a 2nd box, bring it home, has a different user's name on the linked account page ("Nancy").  
Get a 3rd box, employee at the store is unable to confirm if it is refurbished or new, tries to reassure me it should work this time. Take it home. Same issue, different user name ("Johnathan"). 
I tried calling support AGAIN and they can't do anything on their end. I am very frustrated and don't understand how I can have 3 BOXES with the same issue, and no way for employees to check that it's been properly cleared before I take it home. Is there any way I can actually receive a working, properly cleared box? I can't spend any more gas money running back and forth on broken promises.
