mlb network extra innings

tried to get MLB Extra innings via tv box - not able to do so

tried to get MLB Extra Inning via Customer service - got a confirmation number and xfinity call back - but they are saying they can't get it to activate - something about some bulk internet codes - spent over an hour on the phone with useless tech person - so I'm [Edited: "Language"] - will not be able to watch baseball.  xfinity needs to get the ball rolling!!! and fix my issue!!!

i went to the chat icon - clicked pen paper and typed in XfinityRichard and nothing showed up.
