Hello @Manuloop, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum. That's a great question! Check out this link for more information: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/mobile-casting-with-x1-or-flex
@XfinityChelseaB that’s no mirroring your screen
@Manuloop, Is this what you're looking for? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-using-apple-airplay
Yes, the last example would fit, but when I hit the cast button, flex tv is not on the devices list….
For this option https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-using-apple-airplay, the goal is to cast Xfinity Stream content to compatible smart TVs and receiving devices, like an Apple TV, HomePod, macOS, LG Smart TV, and Roku devices.
If your goal is to cast what you have playing/streaming on your phone to the Flex box, then this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/mobile-casting-with-x1-or-flex would be the instructions you'd need. Based on what we have listed, it's only supported with Netflix, Spotify, and YouTube. What were you trying to cast to the Flex box @Manuloop?
Insane. You can't use flex as a web browser because you refuse to add that simple app, and you don't let people to mirror their devices...
Hi there, @Manuloop I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. I appreciate the feedback regarding your casting concerns, we do take feedback from our customers very seriously which we always welcome.-Richard
