Malicious agent

I received a streaming box and needed help activating. This agent called Rohid in August, 3rd 2022 pretending to help changed my plan for home internet. He sent a link to my phone and said I need to approve it, in order to activate the box. Then he left the chat. I called xfinity and I was told that I just placed an order to a home internet which I already have. Fortunately, this lady was able to canceled .  Never chat with these agents, they ask for private informations, such as social security number, etc. If you need help, call or drive to the store.
