Lost flex box

Hello, I have not been using my Flex box, and I received an email to return it. Unfortunately, I think that I lost it. I am packing up my apartment and gave a box of donations to a local thrift mission, and I think the device was in that box because I wasn't aware to return it. 

I have contacted the thrift mission, but it is likely a long shot that they will find it, much less return it. 

What can I do ?

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/peer-to-peer-chat

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.

      Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.

  • Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter to send it
