Lost all my passwords when I moved to you
I had all my passwords in my eyes only and I thought you guys would cross those over to Xfinity but apparently Verizon just deleted all my passwords from work for everything and I thought you guys had copied them over to you got to your site and now I’m totally screwed

@user_ay68dx Thanks for sharing how vital it is to keep passwords safe, and available when needed. They are very personal, and only seen by customers. Companies will not share customer passwords, the customers must know and bring over their login information, including account numbers or pins and passwords to complete a transfer. It's not an easy process, but you should be able to reset the passwords for the accounts you don't have the passwords for. Hope that helps get them back asap.
