Link Paid Gaia subscription to flex box
I have a paid Gaia subscription already, but it’s not allowing me to log in. All it allows me to do is subscribe directly from xfinity, and add it to the bill. Is there anyway to just link the two together so I don’t waste a subscription?

I can see not wanting to have two subscriptions, especially if you have one already. I'm here to help get you in the right direction today. When you go into the network on your box, are you only getting the subscription option, and not any other options such as "more"? Al;so, have you tried to reach out to Gaia to see if there is a way to link the two yet?
