Like many from September using Flex service I cannot access X1 options

Please let me know how to go about it
My voice remote just keeps saying cannot process

What "X1 options" are you trying to access on Flex? If you have Flex, it is because you are an internet-only customer and so would not have the Xfinity TV product which comes with X1. If you're an Xfinity TV customer, you wouldn't be eligible to have Flex. Can you clarify what you're trying to access and what services you subscribe to?
