is Xfinity Stream if I only have X1 Flex?

We are looking to save some money by downgrading to X1 Flex, while keeping our internet connection.

But we want to know if there would still any access to the  Xfinity Stream App for some basic local channels?

Also - anyone have X1 Flex and then upgrade to Choice TV? Is that cheaper than "regular" limited Basic?

I have a Flexbox & as for local channels, you may have to get creative.  I've created accounts with several free streaming services that have some local tv. Peacocktv, Crackle, Tubitv, Pluto, & Epix are free & allow 1 or 2 different local channels.

Hello @donap. Our flex service for our internet-only customers is amazing! Flex will keep all of your favorite apps in one place. Here is a great link with more information on the flex service https://comca.st/3Cx8716. Here is another great link about Choice TV on flex https://comca.st/3wt3wJv. I would like to help with more specific questions about differences in monthly rates in a DM.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
