I am looking for help with internet maybe flex. I am an existing customer so when I go on line because I am an existing customer it immediately takes me to what is compatible with what I already have. I am not looking for that I am only looking for the cost and speed of internet and flex. I have been to the store an that was a bad experience. The person had no interest in helping us and when I ask them to slow down and explain they became condescending. How do I get a real answer to my questions.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
