Internet drop outs
when it works, it works. But when the connection is lost, it doesn’t work. Using only Xfinity gateway box, light goes from white to green indicating internet is down but wifi is working. Minutes later, it goes back to white. Have checked power to gateway, no interruptions. Please help as my wife and I work from home and both of us, one wired, the other on wifi, keep getting dropped in the middle of Teams calls.

I’ve gone through the Xfinity AI testing multiple times, can’t get an agent as the flawed logic keeps looping me back around to testing, which of course is successful, because the problem is intermittent. For what I pay each month, I would expect at least a human chat or phone call.
