Internet bill

Why on my internet bill do I pay for a plan amount and then another charge for the service?  Also I'm being charged $14.00 for equipment that I don't have , it's saying I have voice remote, also another charge for other service providers that I don't know what that can be.  Also if the Flex w/voice control is free I would like that.

We never want any of our customer to be confused about what services they are subscribed to and paying for. I have this very helpful document https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design that provides information to help understand the statement. A lot of our customers also want a better understanding of the taxes and fees on the statement.
