I'm getting error XRE-00251

I go through the setup process but at the last minute I get this error message. XRE-00251.  It says a few details of missing from your account a text message will follow, but I get no answer modem is paired text confirmation is done.

@user_79bfb8 Hmm, that likely means something is missing from the account. That can mean personal information, equipment, etc. Let's take a closer look.

Please select the chat icon in the top right-hand corner. Then search for Xfinity Support. Please make sure to provide your full name and service address.
