I need to cancel my STARZ app subscription on FLEX.

The app doesn't show up on my FLEX app/subscriptions hub.

Hello, @user_6032ae, it sounds like you are subscribed to the app separately. If this is the case, you will want to go to the Starz website and sign in to cancel that subscription. I can see if Starz is part of your Xfinity subscription! Just send us your name and service address. Use the direct messaging icon at the top of the page to send your message to "Xfinity Support."
