I have not gotten the flex box to work at all.

I am new to flex box and just received one. I followed the directions but never got to an app screen. I keep getting a message it has encountered an error and I should restart. Which I have done numerous times. Sometimes it just sits in a blue screen with three dots as if loading but never goes anywhere. To be clear I have not gotten the flex box to work at all.

Hello @user_36fbb9. Thank you for the post! Have you attempted to reboot the home network? That is normally a solid option to troubleshoot this issue. I would expect the network refresh solves this hiccup of access.
