I got xFi and a Flex box, internet is fine, but flex says error" XRE-10000"

it also says accounts need something, I tried to call several times, but always go the the automate answer machine and couldn't find a human to answer and fix the problem.

try swapping out the 'flex' set top box. you may have one that looks like it but is loaded with the X1 operating system instead of flex. that code means the X1 companion can not locate an Hub set top box.

That message means your account is missing the proper rate codes. You can chat or call to have them add it. Swapping your box again isn’t going to solve it.
