I changed my plan and now I need help
I dropped your overpriced cable services and signed up for some flex stuff and a streaming package. Trying to get thru your ivr or thru your worthless bot I'm very close to canceling everything. I NEED THE STREAMING PACKAGE I ASKED FOR TO BE PUT ON MY ACCOUNT. I have been trying to get help since 3pm today and it's now 9pm.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
