I can't get logged into my paramount+ app on my xumo box

I'm subscribed to paramount+ through xfinity and have a xumo box but can't seem to login. I pay for the subscription every month and I'm going on 2 months of not being able to watch anything on paramount+. I'm frustrated and need help please.

@user_p9k79n That would be quite frustrating not being able to sit down and relax to one of Paramount+'s awesome shows! Our Manage your Paramount+ subscription states you'll want to reach out to Paramount+'s help center for information on how to reset your password or recover the email address associated with your account on their app to gain access to the app through your Xumo box.
