How can I order a Flex if I am an X1 customer?

I am trying to take advantage of the free flex promo for a TV that is less used and not near a cable connection, but am unable to do so because I already have X1.  How can I get one of these?

You can’t because you have X1. Flex is for internet only customers. If you have a Roku or fire stick you can use the Xfinity Stream app

Be careful, the performance of the app is pretty bad as of 1/14.  I returned my flex box and upgraded to signature plus and was told by tech suport I didn't get a box that I could stream everything.  After having streams with Sling and TVision, I thought o.k., sure I'll stream the xfinity app.  However, I was unhappy with the app (very slow to change channels, takes 30 seconds to change a channel) I called tech support to get the $7.50 a month TV box.  Wouldn't you know it, that $7.50 a month TV box will raise my bill by $21.96?  $7.50 for the box rental, $7.50 for the required DVR service and $5.96/mo for other fees.  I left comcast a few years ago because every time I called tech support my monthly bill would go up, I'm not doing that again....
