help with error code xre-00250

Despite everything I have tried, my Flexbox still shows the same error code. A few days ago, I spent 30-plus minutes on an online chat with an agent who was supposedly attempting to repair my issue. Only to have the online agent end the chat stating we were no longer connected despite me typing "here," "ok," or an emoji every 20-30 seconds to keep us connected.

After the agent ended the chat, I was asked to give a review. I ended up giving a 2-star review, stating how long I was in the chat with the agent only for the agent not to resolve the problem, and the agent closed the chat despite my attempts to text the agent that I was still online.

The right help with this issue will be most appreciated, given that I am now very aggravated with this issue. Thanks in advance.
