ENT-22013 tried reseting and repluging over and over nothing is working

Thank you for your post! That is a software-related error. Can you try unplugging your modem/gateway for a full 30 seconds this time around? Especially with the Xfinity Wireless Gateways, that reboot can solve a lot of the Flex errors.
