HBOmax can’t login

When opening HBOmax to sign in, the app freezes before it even gets to the login page. I can log in on all my other devices.

@XfinityMichaelC​ HBOMAX has an ongoing issue according to your "Customer Lack of Support" people !  Frustrating that Comcast continues to sell this product when they know it isn't working properly !!!

I tried this and it is not fixed. Still just sits on the purple screen.
