Hallmark channels freeview

I just got my flex on Thursday, and I noticed the 3 hallmark channels were on it as a freeview. Starting yesterday I could not find the channels anymore. I was wondering how long where they available to watch on the flex? How often does the flex have freeview channels? And what other channels have been freeview in the past?
