Got an automated text that I have been charged for unreturned equipment that I returned MONTHS ago?!?
I just got an automated text saying I have been charged for unreturned equipment. I cancelled my service with Xfinity and returned my "flex" box within a week of cancelling. I have a receipt from my local Xfinity store showing the equipment was returned. I tried calling the 1800Xfinity number which keeps hanging up on me because my phone number is no longer associated with an account. What do I do?!??!?
