Getting no answer to the existing sub question..

A lot of people have been asking about logging into existing subscriptions on Flex. So far, I do not see an answer that is at all satisfactory. I've seen plenty of snarky responses from the Xfinity staff. But no logical, professional response. My experience with the Xfinity staff has always been fantastic, so this is a first. Can you please answer the question, are we able to log into existing subscriptions on Flex?

I'm sad to hear you've had a hard time getting an adequate answer to this question and that's definitely not the kind of experience we want for any of our customers. 


I'd love to answer this for you here though! :D

You can absolutely use your pre-existing subs to log into the various apps on Flex. The box works very similarly to a Firestick and mostly just houses your favorite apps in one convenient place so you don't have to switch between a bunch of different boxes each time you want to watch a different show. 


There are options though to pay for some of those different app subscriptions with us in the event that you don't already have a subscription such as Netflix.
