Flexbox

My flexbox is going bad there's not nothing to do with the connection but if I try to watch certain channels like Pandora it will only play three songs and then the sound goes out of it if I'm watching a movie you can hear the sound making a funny noise so it's not clear so I need to know what to do about this I have been trying to do this for weeks and nobody will talk to me so what's going on what can I do

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
