Hello, @Reyeshc92_  Thank You for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support, here on the Community Forum. The simple answer is no, Xfinity Flex does not include any network stations or live TV channels,  but there are thousands of free awesome shows and movies, as well as live sports, and unlimited access to your favorite NBC shows with Peacock Premium included, free. Peacock has added access to some live channels or content. Learn more about Xfinity Flex, here - https://www.xfinity.com/learn/flex

Then why is the Xfinity Stream app available on the Flex device then? The Xfinity Stream app is what I use to watch live local TV (although I haven't got a flex device yet)!

I dont understand why Xfinity employees are trained to say you cant watch live TV on the Flex, they need to get yall a new script or something!!! LOL!

@HDCowboy42 Thank you for posting those links. They do have some great information available! I definitely want to make sure we answer your questions. Customers that have only Flex service will not have access to live channels. Yes, we do offer the Xfinity Stream app on our Flex boxes for customers to use, which is one of the many awesome features we offer! In order to access those live channels, you will need to upgrade to our Choice TV package which will allow you to use the Xfinity Stream app on the Flexbox. If you're interested in having live channels, all you will need to do is say "Upgrade to Xfinity TV" in your voice remote to start the process. It's that easy! It will come with a variety of channels and a 20 hour DVR. The link you posted: https://www.xfinity.com/hub/tv-video/stream-on-flex, has all the information you will need! Does this help clarify things?

I no longer work for Comcast.
