Flex ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ

Not so free.  This thing is junk.  You have to stand about an inch away for the remote to work.  Then you get an error message over and over again.  Then you have to schedule a service call.  The online chat canโ€™t help.  It also appeared to have slowed down my internet, and made my smart tv act funny.  Iโ€™ll just stick to my smart tv.  This thing is not worth the headache.

I understand you are having a bad experience with your Xfinity Flex box, and it would be my pleasure to address your concerns. Can I ask how long you've had the box? What you are telling me you're going through is definitely not normal, and we may need to get you a new one if we can't get it fixed remotely.
