On the phone the other day, I believe “Mitch” gave me incorrect information about Flex. He said the billing for my existing Netflix account would be paid for by Xfinity. He specifically said , “That will save you $19 a month!”

I then checked with my local Xfinity store, and they said Xfinity would not be paying for  my Netflix. 

Looking at some of the posts, it seems as if people are signing up twice for Netflix. They may have also spoken to “Mitch”. Perhaps there is some misinformation being given out by customer service. 

At this point, I am not installing the Flex box and keeping my Fire sticks for streaming Netflix.
