I ordered the free flex tv box and remote says it was delivered at 1:30 may 6 but I was home and didn’t receive anything at all

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
