Flex

The flex box just blinks rapidly and nothing stops it.  Whe I unplug it, and plug it back in—the welcome screen comes on for a few seconds, then says ERROR. IMAGE LAUNCH FAILED.  I have repeated it 20 times—always the same result.  WHAT NOW?

Hi user_2db5d8, thank you for creating a post here with this concern. It sounds like you may have a defective Flex box or the box is not reading your data service to operate correctly. Before we get into swapping out the equipment can you tell me if you're seeing any issues with your internet on any other devices in your home?
