So I moved, transferred service to new home, changed my plan. It included the Flex box and I clicked on it but never ordered or shipped. I helped my ex-wife get the same exact plan at the exact same time and hers showed as ordered, shipped, and delivered on her account and she has it. Mine never updated any of that on my account and I still havnt gotten it. And when I go online to add it on separately it won't let me because it just loads up an error page.

Hi, @Theta4Four. I hate to hear of the troubles you've had not getting your box. I love Flex, and I have set up my family with the service. We want to get this corrected right away. Please send us a direct message with your name and address in full.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
