Flex won’t connect

I plug in fire stick - it just works. I plug in chrome cast - it just works. I call Xfinity to cancel tv and just subscribe to internet and it’s an hour and a half on the phone. They tell me I have to drop off the old boxes at the store and they’ll give me a new Flex for free to stream. I’ve been trying to get this piece of garbage to work for an hour - does NOT work. Tried wireless and via Ethernet. No wonder HULU and Netflix and Roku are all growing. Returning the flex tomorrow. Not worth my time.

Whats issue are you seeing? Any specific error code or message on the Tv?
