Flex voice activation

I'm having problems activating voice setup on my Flex. It tells me to wait activating but the had a message saying it had trouble to wait a few minutes and try again. I've done this repeatedly and same thing, I've disconnected everything and reconnected, it goes through the whole process of activating and gets to the voice set up and fails. how do it get past this?

What type of remote do you? Xr15 or xr16?

What step are you getting stuck at? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/flex-activation-process. Are you having trouble pairing the remote to the tv ? If so you can select not now and try again later or press exit.
