Flex unable to return now
I live in NJ and have a home in FL. When I signed up for service with Xfinity, I did not ask for or order Flex They included it with my order....Now I keep getting memos to return the equipment. It is in my home in FL and I will not be back there until November. I can't find a phone number or addresss to notify you that is when I will be able to return the equipment..Can someone provide me with the above phone number or address to speak with a person. Many thanks
