Flex subscriptions

So I’m being charged for Showtime & Netflix & haven’t used either in months. I’ve been trying to cancel the subscription for both & can’t figure out how not get ahold of anyone with xfinity. Someone please help.

Uh oh! Sorry to hear that you've had trouble trying to cancel your Showtime and Netflix @user_f02dbc , we'd be glad to assist with that! Please send us a private chat to start, using the following instructions:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Peer to peer" / "Private chat message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/2VcB52X

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
