Flex streaming won't play anything.

When opening any app on Flex box after selecting a movie or show a error message occurs.

After many hours with costumer service, a clueless in person technician, and a second flex box. The final customer service agent noticed the permission codes linked to my account we're non existing.

SOLUTION:

Agent will have you resubscribe to flex and activation fee. Then immediately recredit your account. This will reset your permission codes.
