Flex Streaming box not turning on
I’m attempting to use a new Flex streaming device, tried it on multiple tv’s and outlets and am not getting any indication that the device is turned on. There are not lights on top of the device and no signal recognized by the TV

Hello @user_5fdfaa! Are you matching the HDMI input on the TV? On-screen it is letting you know that there is no signal and it's plugged in? I recommend you swap that device at your nearest Xfinity Store or Direct message me to ship you a new box.
