Flex Streaming box not turning on

I’m attempting to use a new Flex streaming device, tried it on multiple tv’s and outlets and am not getting any indication that the device is turned on.  There are not lights on top of the device and no signal recognized by the TV

Hello @user_5fdfaa! Are you matching the HDMI input on the TV? On-screen it is letting you know that there is no signal and it's plugged in? I recommend you swap that device at your nearest Xfinity Store or Direct message me to ship you a new box. To have me ship you a new box, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

top right corner of what??? This page?? what does a chat icon look like? I don't see a bell anywhere.
