Flex stops working after Welcome screen start up, just started today.

 I ran the troubleshooting on the cell phone app and it states there is no problem, but asks me to power down, restart. Welcome screen comes up, then it blacks out…then states not connected to input. I changed out the HDMI cable and even tried a different TV input HDMI option.  Still blacks out after welcome screen.
