Flex stopped working
When I first got Flex, it worked. Now it only gives me a Welcome screen, connects to WiFi, downloads software, and says it has run into a problem and I should give someone a call. I previously called Xfinity and the only help I got was from someone who told me to go through the same steps I already tried. Nothing has worked so far. What I described above is all that Flex will do for me.

Same here, seems customer service doesn’t know how to fix this issue at at! They can come get this garbage
