ENT 22013 error and no services available. Did all the diagnostics and recommended soft and hard fixes bit to no avail.

If you have already tried to unplug the power from the Flex for 5 minutes and plug it back in to still come to this error we might need to dive a little deeper into the issue. If you have done this can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
