flex resume XR16

"Resume" watching a movie doesn't always work.  

How can I make this work?

Or, how can I go to a specific time (like: 62 minutes)?  Otherwise, I have to fast forward...but can't through commercials.   It's fairly tedious.

Unfortunately, the option is not available with streaming services, only on linear (live) channels. Are there any of the live channels you are seeing this same issue with? -Macey
