Flex Question - Cursor In Upper Left Side Of Screen

There is a fairly large Yellow outlined Cursor In Upper Left Side Of Screen that stays there no matter where you go in the menu. I could not find any other references in the forum and I did both a restart and System Refresh and neither procedure removed the cursor. If it were smaller I would just live with it but it is fairly large and obstrusive. Can anyone advise what action(s) to take to remove it?

Are you still having this issue? If so, is this locked into every app you try or is there a specific program/app this is happening on?

Thank you for responding! No, it was only on the Flex box, all screens, I only use it for Peacock. However, even though I did the restart and system refresh, I came back the next day and decided to unplug the box for a minute or so and once it came back on the cursor was gone. Not sure why the restart and refresh would not have resolved it but it is now gone. Thanks again for responding.

 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it
