Flex: Prime logs in, but shows return error 4001

@user_e25259 Counting on your content when you need to is vital, and we're happy you posted to let us know. Okay so if you see everything on screen the connection from the Flex to your Samsung is good, and that is great. This happens when we need to clear the memory on the app, or ensure the approving device is set with all its permissions. Follow the steps on this page to clear the cache on the app. If that does not help, then be sure your device is allowing cookies & location tracking to work correctly. Trying another mobile device will also help. Of course, ensure you're using the correct login info to access all your Prime content.
