flex / peacock

Just started with Xfinity.  I did not order the Flex box becasue all my TVs are smart TVs.  However, apparantly you need that for getting Peacock for free.  I tried to order it online, but the "no cost" Flex showed my internet bill going up by $35.  How can I get this "free" flex box without increasing my bill?  Even better if I can just get the free access to Peacock.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to add the Flex services to the account and I would be happy to assist you. Without the service/box you would be unable to access the Peacock app.

Please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!
