Flex not working in new home

Moved homes and now the Flex shows the welcome screen (Welcome, Bievenido, Bienvenue) then changes to three dots cycling through and then ends saying “something is not right”.  It says “XRE:00250”

I've restarted this three times now with no success.  It has been cycled re-started 3x and un-plugged waited and then restarted 2x.

@Abhiperumalla1 Check the Xfinity app to see if the Flex box is showing up on your account. If so, do a system refresh on that device. That may fix. If not, likely will need to be re-provisioned.

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
