Flex not activating

Hi! I’m an internet service subscriber, and it says that I get flex included but every time I try and activate it it gives

me an error and says to contact xfinity. I then can’t get through to anyone to help! Hopefully can get some here

@XfinityChad2 I have the flex box and i

my internet is up and running. It is giving me the error that I don’t have flex on my account and every time I try to add flex to my account it gives me an error there too.

You can’t add it your self , you need to contact support via phone or chat to have them add it for you.

Can you please send us a private message via our chat bubble here? Our team will take a look at your account and the notes to see what happened regarding your flex box activation.

To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
