Flex movie rental failed halfway through and making us pay again

I rented a movie through my flex box and about halfway through the movie the entire screen went black and the Home Screen popped up after about a minute. Now every time we look for the movie we had rented, it says that we never actually rented it but my account says I payed for it… There is no location on the Flex to see where my rented movies are so I can’t see if we’re able to watch the rest without having to pay ANOTHER $4 for it… What the heck! Can I get a refund for the movie so I can then rent it for a second time in the hopes that this won’t happen again?
