Flex ENT-22013 issue

Hello, I keep getting an error ENT-22013 on my flex, it started this afternoon. I’ve restarted the flex itself as well as the modem, and consistently get an error message whenever I try to open something. The unit is also stuck on a page that has options for ‘account’ and ‘settings’ and ‘help’ but doesn’t work from there.

I’ve seen where other people have this issue but there never seems to be a resolution posted? Please advise.

This is a known issue, the company has seen this issue for over a year now and hasn’t done anything about it, I’m having the same problem. After reading this forum and Reddit it’s something the company has to do on their end. I’ve troubleshot to the fullest extent.
